  • Fill out our contact form to begin planning your celebration. Your fist point of contact must be through our design form.

  • We will work with you via email to design your event!! I love chatting on the phone, but it’s easiest to send pictures via email.

  • You will receive a final qoute and invoice. You can then pay your deposit with a credit card, check or venmo! Orders must be paid in full two weeks before the event.

  • We deliver and install for your celebration! In most cases you can pop, give away, or throw out all of your decor. Or we can charge a small fee to come back and do that for you.

  • We serve the entire Brazos Valley.

    Grab and Go’s can be picked up from our studio in South College Station.

    If you live more than 25 miles away from Kyle Field we will charge 1:00 a mile as an additional fee.

  • Our Grab and Go Garlands and our seasonal specials have no minimum fee.

    Our Custom Orders have a 200.00 minimum order.

  • If you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so one week prior to your event date and we would be happy to apply your deposit to a future booking.

    Cancellations less than a week from your event are no longer eligible to be rescheduled. Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Book today!! No really, you should book as soon as you can because our calendar fills up. As soon as you book we can start the design and ordering of custom products for your celebration. With product delays the sooner we start the better.

  • We want to help you! We will do all that we can to accommodate you. We may be limited on our colors and design and there could be a rush fee depending on our calendar.

  • We don’t! You probably do not know that helium is facing a major shortage. Helium is used in a lot of medical devices. We want the limited amount of helium to help those that need it the most and have determined that we can’t in good conscience carry helium products at this time.

    Since we can’t do helium we are getting super creative about ways to make Jumbo balloons stand tall. And some of them we like even more than helium.

  • The Balloon Chick uses the highest quality of balloons and materials available.

    (legal notice here) As we all know from our childhood, balloons can be popped and deflated. We cannot guarantee your order once it has been delivered and installed. So many external conditions, including weather, children, pets, cars, and foilage can damage our balloons. If balloons are damaged during delivery or installation we will replace them.

    That being said balloons kept inside out of direct light and heat can last for up to a month or even three. We can’t guarantee they will last that long but we have had clients keep them that long.

  • Y’all! It is so darn hot and humid in the Brazos Valley.

    We love balloons inside and outside!! But if you want your balloons to look their very best (just like my hair) you should keep them inside in a climate-controlled environment. This allows your balloons to stay bright and inflated to their best ability. Indoor balloons are always going to be the prettiest.

    However, I love balloons outside. You just need to know the risk when placing them outside. The balloons are going to oxidize and be a little bit duller, some of them are going to pop even if they are under-inflated. Your best choices will be light colors and avoiding metallics. Nothing stops me from putting up balloons outside but I want everyone to have managed expectations. And nothing looks its best in Texas Heat and we all know that!

  • Grab & Go garlands are my favorite party accessory. For limited budgets, these are our best choices. We will allow you to pick your favorite colors (up to four) and assemble your custom garland. You will pick up your garland from us and hang it yourself. (Promise it’s easy and we will walk you through the process!)

    When Booking your Grab & Go have the size of the location where you would like your garland and the size of your car that you will be picking it up in. Inflated Balloons take up a lot of space and a 10 foot garland will take up a lot of your suv or minivan.

  • We work with only the highest quality latex and foil mylar balloons. Our natural rubber latex balloons are fully biodegradable.

    We love the Earth and all the animals that live on it. As such we suggest that you keep balloons secure and properly dispose of balloons once they are popped or deflated.

  • Every location and design takes a different amount of time to install. We love customizing each design.

    Our balloons are pre-inflated and ready to be installed. Our goal is always to get it installed in an hour, but obviously, this is not always a possibility.

Has anyone ever described you as “extra”. I am guilty as charged. I love making an event just a little different. Making the people you are celebrating really feel seen is one of the greatest gifts. Those little details don’t have to be expensive to pack a punch.

I believe that everyone deserves to be celebrated and to feel JOY. Nothing delivers Joy faster than Balloons. A simple grab-and-go garland will add just a little extra to your event, but if you want something even more—maybe a little bit “extra” I’m your girl.
